KenyaSimpu is a Lagos-based customer communication platform with a developer API for transactional messaging. The REST API covers OTP (request, verify, revoke and look up OTPs by recipient), SMS sending with delivery status codes and GSM character-set handling, phone number lookup, transactional email, airtime purchase, and contact lists (create, read, update and delete rows).
Webhooks report message events. API credentials come from the Simpu dashboard.
Alongside the API, Simpu offers text and email marketing tools and an omnichannel inbox for chat, SMS and email conversations. It is a local alternative to global CPaaS providers for Nigerian OTP and notification traffic.
