DocRaptor is an HTML-to-PDF conversion API built on a real Prince XML rendering engine rather than a headless-browser screenshot approach, which gives it noticeably more accurate CSS support for print-specific features — page breaks, headers/footers, running page numbers, and CSS `@page` rules — that many headless-Chrome-based converters handle inconsistently. A web page or HTML string is submitted via a simple POST request along with CSS, and the API returns a rendered PDF (or Word document, on newer plans).
